AKHLYS from Colorado bring with them an aura all of their own that is difficult to compare, even in the currently hot Black Metal sector. Musically located somewhere between Blut aus Nord and The Ruins of Beverast, the quintet offers a sinister aura with a massive sound, garnished with nagging vocals and relentlessly pounding drums.
